Mainboard repair

Difficult to diagnose from the users point of view as the motherboard controls so many of the laptops functions. Motherboard issues can range from faulty graphics to the whole computer refusing to turn on.

Spillages

Spilt liquid on you laptop? Turn it off straight away and dry any surplus liquid immediately, remove the battery ( do not use a hair dryer ). Send it to us as soon as possible so an engineer can assess the damage. Do not try to restart the laptop.

Laptop not turning on? No charging light or you have to move the power cable to get the laptop to power up? This probably means your DC jack is damaged. DC jack repairs are fairly common due to unnecessary strain being put on the power point. We aim to turn around this type of repair the same day we receive it.
